Being pregnant and becoming a parent is an exciting but also vulnerable period in your life. It is not always easy to maintain your balance dealing with so many changes.

For a lot of woman being pregnant is not only a joyful time. You may not feel well physically or emotionally, you may find it hard to accept the new shape of your body.
